Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Get Busy, including account responsibilities, use of AI-assisted workflows, and the rules that apply when you connect Google services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Get Busy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Get Busy on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and remain responsible for activity that occurs under your credentials.
You may not share access in a way that violates these terms, applicable law, or your organization's internal policies.
3. The Service
Get Busy provides software and AI-assisted workflows for business operations, outbound execution, scheduling, planning, and related automation.
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Get Busy for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, tokens, or data.
- Do not interfere with the operation or security of the service.
- Do not use the platform to violate anti-spam, privacy, consumer protection, employment, or intellectual property laws.
- Do not upload or submit content unless you have the necessary rights to use it.
5. Customer Content and AI Features
You retain ownership of the content, prompts, files, and business information you submit to Get Busy. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service for you.
Get Busy may generate suggestions, summaries, schedules, outreach, or other AI-assisted outputs. You are responsible for reviewing those outputs before relying on them in business, legal, tax, operational, or customer-facing contexts.
6. Google Integrations
If you connect Google Calendar or another Google service, you authorize Get Busy to access and use the Google data covered by the permissions you grant.
You remain responsible for your compliance with Google's terms and policies, as well as any commitments you make to your own customers, employees, or invitees when using scheduling features.
- Google access is used only to support the product features you request.
- You may revoke Google access by disconnecting the integration or contacting us.
- Disconnecting Google may disable related scheduling and booking functionality.
7. Fees and Paid Features
Certain features may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan or feature, you agree to the pricing, billing cadence, and payment terms presented at checkout or in a separate order form.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created security risk, exposed us or others to liability, or used the service in a way that harms the platform or other users.
You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and payment obligations.
9. Disclaimers
Get Busy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow, jurisdiction, or business model.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Busy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above.
Questions about these terms may be sent to support@justgetbusy.com.
